Wasly ("the app") is operated by Mos Tab. This policy describes the data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data collected

Depending on how you use the app, we collect:

  • Name (via Google) — to display your profile.
  • Email address (via Google) — to authenticate your account.
  • Precise location (GPS) — to compute your routes and find nearby places. This data is never stored on our servers: it is used in real time only.
  • Favorites — places and trips saved on your account.
  • User identifier (anonymous UUID) — to link your data to your account.
  • Feedback content — if you send us a message via the feedback form.

We do not collect any of the following: phone number, postal address, contacts, photos/videos, audio, health data, financial data, browsing history, advertising data, advertising tracking identifiers (IDFA, etc.).

Purposes

All data collected is used exclusively to operate the app: authentication, saving your favorites, route computation, user support handling.

We never use your data to:

  • Serve advertisements
  • Track you across apps or websites
  • Sell or share it with data brokers
  • Personalize marketing content

Third-party services

We use the following services to operate the app:

  • Supabase (authentication + database) — hosts your account and favorites.
  • Google (OAuth, Places, Maps) — authentication, place search, photos and reviews.
  • OpenStreetMap / Valhalla / Overpass — map data and walking route computations.
  • Vercel (hosting) — hosts the website.

These services may collect technical data (IP address, device type) according to their own privacy policies, available on their respective sites.

Data retention

  • Account + favorites + feedback: retained as long as your account exists.
  • Location: not retained (used only in real time to compute routes).

Your rights

You have the right, at any time, to:

  • Access your data.
  • Edit or delete it.
  • Delete your account (all your data will be erased).

Changes

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
